Card format
Physical cards carry print and fulfilment costs. Digital formats — codes, links, QR — are lighter. We'll match the format to your use case and show you the trade-off clearly.

Markets covered
Each country has its own local processing and access infrastructure. The more markets you need, the more we configure — but covering multiple countries from one contract is always more efficient than separate solutions.

Volume
The unit cost of issuing a card drops with volume. Whether you're issuing 500 cards for a corporate campaign or 500,000 for a national FMCG promotion, pricing reflects your scale.

Access methods
USSD, WhatsApp, branded web page, SMS, or in-store. Some require additional local integration. Pricing for each access method is transparent in your quote.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for digital formats. Physical cards have a practical print minimum, shown clearly during setup.
Do you charge a platform fee?
Not to get started. We work on a per-issuance model — you pay for what you send, not for access to the platform.
How quickly can we see a quote?

Can we pilot before committing to scale?
Yes. Most clients start with a pilot run of one use case in one country, then expand. We're set up for that.
Do prices vary by country?
Yes, moderately. Local processing costs differ across markets. We'll give you a blended rate if you're running multi-country from the start.
