Pricing
Priced for what you
actually do.
No platform fees to get started. No per-country charges. No contracts before you have seen it work. You pay per reward issued — and the unit cost drops with volume.
What shapes your price
Four variables. One transparent quote.
Every programme is different so every quote is custom. These are the four variables that drive the number.
01
Reward format
Physical cards carry print and fulfilment costs. Digital formats — codes, airtime, mobile money, links — are lighter. We match the format to your use case and show you the trade-off clearly.
02
Markets covered
Each country has its own local processing and delivery infrastructure. Covering multiple countries from one contract is always more efficient than separate solutions per market.
03
Volume
The unit cost of a reward drops with volume. Whether you are issuing 500 rewards for a corporate campaign or 500,000 for a national FMCG promotion, pricing reflects your scale.
04
Delivery channel
USSD, WhatsApp, branded web portal, SMS, mobile money, in-store. Some channels require additional local integration. Every channel is priced transparently in your quote.

Frequently asked
Pricing questions
Is there a platform fee?
No platform fee to get started. Qifts operates on a per-reward model — you pay for what you send, not for access to the platform. Volume commitments unlock lower per-unit pricing.
Is there a minimum order or commitment?
No minimum for digital reward programmes. Physical cards have a practical print minimum, shown clearly during setup. There is no minimum contract term — you can start with a pilot and scale from there.
Are there per-country fees?
No. One contract covers every African market you operate in. Local processing costs are reflected in per-unit pricing, not as separate per-country platform fees.
How quickly can we get a quote?
Within 24 hours of submitting your brief — use case, markets, format preference, and rough volume. No sales process required before you see a number.
Can we start with a pilot before committing to scale?
Yes. Most clients start with a single use case in one country, then expand based on results. Pricing for pilots is the same per-unit as larger programmes — there is no pilot premium.
What does a typical programme cost?
This varies significantly by format, market, volume, and delivery channel. As a rough guide: digital mobile money or airtime rewards typically cost between $0.50 and $3.00 per reward issued at pilot volumes, declining with scale. Physical card programmes carry higher per-unit costs due to print and fulfilment. Request a quote for your specific brief.
Are prices different per African market?
Yes, moderately. Local processing, carrier, and mobile money costs differ across markets. We give you a blended rate per reward if you are running multi-country programmes, so you do not need to manage per-country unit economics separately.
What is included in the per-reward price?
Platform configuration, branded delivery experience, redemption infrastructure, fraud prevention, and the dashboard — these are not charged separately. You pay per reward issued; the infrastructure that supports it is included.
